ShaqIsDope "The Weapon" Video

ShaqIsDope shared his Black Frames mixtape back in March, and today he's revisiting one of the highlights from the project, "The Weapon," sharing the official video for the track. Shaq keeps it simple with the new visual, opting for style over narrative, performing most of the song from an empty warehouse, delivering his technical rhymes with a considerable energy. Later he relocates to the beach, as flames burn behind him. All the while, artful, swooping shots document his ferocious spitting.

"We wanted the visual to match the grittiness and rawness of my lyrics," ShaqIsDope said of the video, via Email. "We chose the abandoned warehouse because of this. Essentially the song is about me being a weapon in my rhymes and that no one can stop me."
